Server log data
When the website is accessed, technically necessary data such as the IP address, time, requested address, transferred data volume, browser identification and referrer may be processed in server logs. Inquiry form
When you use the inquiry form, we process the contact, site, address and, where applicable, insurance information you provide to handle your inquiry, communicate before entering into a contract and prepare a potential rental agreement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where consent is requested, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR also applies.
Form data is stored on the server. Once production email delivery is configured, it may additionally be sent by email to office@dahansi.at. Insurance information is only processed or disclosed where necessary for the requested handling and legally permissible.
Inquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, perform any resulting contract or comply with statutory retention duties.
